JOB SUMMARY:
We are seeking a skilled Dynamics 365 CE QA Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in testing Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CE) solutions, ensuring the platform's functionality, performance, and usability meet business requirements. This role involves working closely with developers, business analysts, and stakeholders to deliver a high-quality D365 CE experience.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Design, develop, and execute test plans and test cases for Dynamics 365 CE functionalities, including Sales, Service, Marketing, and custom modules.
- Conduct functional, integration, regression, and user acceptance testing (UAT) to ensure seamless implementation of updates and new features.
- Validate configurations, customizations, and workflows within the D365 CE platform to ensure alignment with business requirements.
- Identify, document, and track defects using test management tools, ensuring timely resolution and retesting.
- Collaborate with the development and business teams to understand requirements, acceptance criteria, and test coverage needs.
- Perform data validation and testing of integrations between D365 CE and other systems.
- Ensure compliance with established QA processes, standards, and best practices.
- Provide detailed and clear documentation of test results, including test summaries and defect reports
JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
- Proven experience as a QA Analyst or Tester with a focus on Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CE) platform.
- Strong understanding of D365 CE functionality, including modules like Sales, Service, and Marketing.
- Familiarity with Dynamics 365 CE configurations, workflows, customizations, and security roles.
- Experience in testing integrations between D365 CE and other systems.
- Proficiency in test management and defect tracking tools (e.g., Azure DevOps, JIRA, or similar tools).
- Strong analytical skills with a keen eye for detail and a methodical approach to problem-solving.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively across teams.
- Knowledge of automation testing tools (e.g., Selenium) is a plus but not mandatory.
Familiarity with Agile methodologies and experience working in a DevOps environment is an advantage
