Job Purpose
We are seeking an experienced
Business Analyst
with strong expertise in
Power BI
,
Power Apps
, and digital transformation initiatives. The ideal candidate will play a key role in business analysis, IT strategy, and business continuity planning (BCP), driving value through data insights, stakeholder collaboration, and technology solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Business Analysis & IT Strategy
- Lead business analysis activities and support digital transformation programs.
- Develop and manage macro-level program plans to design, create, and execute all tasks related to the BCP project (processes, tools, communications, and reporting).
- Support business units in onboarding and maintaining Business Continuity Plans (BCP) as per organizational compliance standards.
- Conduct business process modeling, gap analysis, and define improvement opportunities aligned with strategic objectives.
- Manage stakeholder engagement and ensure consistent reporting and communication.
- Proven Track Record in Delivery
- Demonstrated success in delivering high-value, high-visibility IT projects within scope and timelines.
- Experience managing large-scale digital product rollouts and process automation initiatives.
- Technical & Methodological Skills
- Strong working knowledge of methodologies such as Agile, Scrum, Kanban, PRINCE2, ITIL.
- Hands-on experience with tools:
- Power BI, Power Apps, Jira, Azure DevOps, SQL, SharePoint.
- (Good to have) Familiarity with Business Continuity and Enterprise Recovery domains.
- Leadership & Communication
- Proven experience collaborating with senior executives and cross-functional teams.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to foster collaboration, facilitate discussions, and ensure effective information exchange across organizational levels.
- Good to Have
- Exposure to Project Management and BCP standards implementation.
- Understanding of current industry standards for Business Continuity and enterprise risk frameworks.
