Job role overview:
We are actively seeking a dynamic and ambitious individual to join our team as a Marketing Project Manager. As a Project Manager specializing in Marketing, you will play a pivotal role in orchestrating and overseeing our Brand Growth Department, allowing you to focus on both company and client projects. Specifically, you will be responsible for managing the SEO, Content Marketing, PPC, and PR projects. Your primary focus will be on driving project timelines, ensuring deliverables align with strategic goals, and fostering collaboration among cross-functional teams. With a keen eye for detail and a knack for problem-solving, you will be the driving force behind turning marketing strategies into tangible results. Additionally, this role is client-facing, requiring effective communication of all campaign details to clients with the support of the marketing team(s).

What you’ll do:
Project Planning: Develop comprehensive project plans, outlining tasks, timelines, and resource requirements. Collaborate with marketing stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and key deliverables.
Project Management: Follow our systems and processes, keeping our project management software up-to-date, and ensuring that team members and clients are following the deliverables and timelines.
Timeline Management: Monitor and manage project timelines, ensuring deadlines are met, and projects stay on track. Proactively identify potential delays and implement strategies to mitigate risks.
Communication: Facilitate communication and collaboration among cross-functional teams, including designers, copywriters, digital marketers, and other stakeholders. You will be taking notes on every client and team call that is conducted so we can properly document everything that was discussed and then delegated to the right person.
Resource Management: Collaborate closely with department heads to effectively allocate resources, guaranteeing project teams receive essential support. In this role, you will strategically manage workflow, team pipelines, and schedules to prevent overextension, ultimately enhancing project efficiency through optimized resource utilization.
Budget Management: Collaborate with the finance department to develop and manage project budgets. Monitor expenses and ensure projects are executed within budgetary constraints.
Quality Assurance: Implement quality control measures to ensure that marketing materials and campaigns meet established standards. Conduct thorough reviews to guarantee accuracy and consistency.
Account Management: This role will be client-facing, where you will be acting as Account Manager when discussing the projects with them and/or talking about other service offerings that may benefit them. Regularly update clients on project progress, milestones, and any deviations from the plan.
Reporting and Analysis: Generate comprehensive project reports, providing insights into performance metrics and areas for improvement. Conduct post-project evaluations to identify lessons learned and opportunities for enhancement.
