Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead the end-to-end delivery of a Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM transformation initiative. This role requires strong leadership, stakeholder management, and a deep understanding of CRM systems, particularly Microsoft Dynamics 365. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing complex digital transformation projects in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities • Define project scope, goals, and deliverables aligned with business objectives. • Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets. • Lead cross-functional teams including business analysts, developers, testers, and change managers. • Manage stakeholder expectations and ensure effective communication across all levels. • Oversee vendor and partner coordination for CRM implementation. • Monitor project progress and adjust plans as needed to meet deadlines and budget. • Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks and issues. • Ensure quality assurance and compliance with internal and external standards. • Drive user adoption and change management initiatives. • Conduct post-implementation reviews and ensure knowledge transfer.
Required Qualifications • Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, or related field (MBA preferred). • 4-5 years of project management experience, with at least 3 full-cycle CRM/D365 implementations. • PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile certification preferred. • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM modules (Sales, Customer Service, Marketing). • Experience with data migration, system integration, and release management. • Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills. • Proficiency in Microsoft Project, Azure DevOps, and Office 365 tools.
Preferred Skills • Experience in regulated industries (e.g., finance, healthcare). • Familiarity with Power Platform (Power BI, Power Automate). • Understanding of GDPR and data privacy regulations.
